We have just finished assembling JIS F7350 cast steelhull angle valve 10K DN550 as the photos below. It's a new product to us produced from our own moulds and foundry. We have the ability to design and produce the very big size valves just like this one.

In early November of 2016,according to a lot of non-standard materials in market,in order to control the foundry material better,and provide the qaulitifed product to the customer,we introduced one set tensile testing machine. Thus we can control the material,achive customer satisfaction,then we can rest assured.

On December 5th, we had a quality analysis meeting. We analysised thequality problem came out recently, and forwarded the best solutions to it. We were having meetings like this every month since before, in order to analysis the quality problems and toavoidthem happens again in the future.
